Love Thought

Christianity, More Than a Creed or Code

"...and thou shalt call His name Jesus: for He shall save His people from their sins." Matthew 1:21

Are Christians fools for believing in Jesus? Are we serving a false God?

If you go to the tomb of Confucius, you'll find it's occupied. If you go to the tomb of Buddha, you'll find it's occupied. If you go to the tomb of Jesus, you'll find it empty. He is a risen Savior. Now that's very important, because you can take Confucius out of Confucianism and still have Confucianism, and you can take Buddha out of Buddhism and still have Buddhism. But you cannot take Jesus Christ out of Christianity and still have Christianity because Christianity is not a code. It's not a creed. It's not a cause. It is Christ Himself.

At the End of Your Rope

At the End of Your Rope

"Who is among you that fears the Lord, that obeys the voice of His servant... let him trust in the name of the Lord, and stay upon his God." Isaiah 50:10

I have always been amazed at the advice worldly people give to someone who is hurting. "When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on!" Can you see someone dangling over a cliff, holding on to a rope, and trying to tie a knot? It takes two hands to do that!

The first thing we need to remember is "don't demand to understand." There are just some things in life you and I will never understand. When God allows darkness to overshadow your life, don't set about lighting your own fire. That's a recipe for heartache. Trust that His light will come and wait for it. He will come. Believe it.

There's someone out there who is hurting today and needs more than a pat answer of encouragement. Give them the light of Christ.

The LORD is my portion

The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
"The LORD is my portion," says my soul,
"therefore I will hope in him."
Lamentations 3:22-24

The LORD said, "Go out and stand on the mountain
in the presence of the LORD, for the LORD is about to pass by."
Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered
the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. After the
wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake.
After the earthquake came a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire.
And after the fire came a gentle whisper.
I Kings 19:11-12

But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today,
so that none of you may be hardened by sin's deceitfulness.
Hebrews 3:1

In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
He was in the beginning with God. All things
were made through him, and without him was not any
thing made that was made. In him was life, and the
life was the light of men. The light shines in the
darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
John 1:1-5

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,
and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son
from the Father, full of grace and truth.
John 1:14

Brief history of the Organization(Madws Ministries India)

Brief history of the Organization

With its Vision/mission “To accept the rejected people from their own community and bind them in the love of God and make them a good citizen for the Nation” Mission for Anath Development & Welfare Society was established and founded by Rev. R Stephen Diyali in joint venture with the like minded social groups of people in 2001-2002. Seeing the pain, suffering and rejection of women, children and low caste people in the community, many being left homeless, careless and foodless in the community. The word “Anath” (means a consolidated word of Orphan those who have no parents/guardians in the world) is being added in the name of the Society. Migrants from higher altitudes of Uttarkashi Himalayas, pockets other than northern states were employed with Border Road Organization, Tehri Dam project and other Government Units of Uttarkashi. The parents used to leave their children near the roads, field and alone in home and hospitals, and temples and in public places, this situation disturbed my soul and mind, so that led me to commit my life for the service of these underprivileged children and community. Since then the Organization has serving and providing various type of help ,supports and opportunities for their betterment in life with charitable education formal & non-formal education, medical and first aid facilities, employment in the school and organizational activities.
Mission for Anath Development & Welfare Society is a non-profit, non-political humanitarian organization working to create lasting changes in the lives of children, their families and communities living in poverty regardless of religion, caste, race, ethnicity or gender .It registered under society’s registration Act 1860. Founded in 2001 by Rev.R Stephen Diyali who himself has worked as social worker from long time as a servant of God in the community. Accepting the challenges and problems from the anti social elements having continuously working for the community and serving the Lord and aware and developing people with the nothing resources since last 10 years. His passion and only mission in life is to liberate children rejected people in the community from all kinds of exploitation and develop them as the good citizen for the Nation and help them to change and transform their family, and community.

How can He be with us now?

Jesus Christ said He would never leave us or forsake us. What does this mean?
When Jesus died on the cross and then rose from the dead, He spoke to his followers and told them He would never leave them and He would be with them always, even to the end of the world. A few weeks after He rose from the dead, Jesus rose into heaven where He now sits at the right hand of God His Father.

How can He be with us now? Jesus Christ is with us in that He lives spiritually in our hearts, in the hearts of all true believers in Jesus Christ. You cannot see Him because He is here spiritually. Some day we will see Jesus again when He returns to this earth or when we see Him in heaven. But right now, when you accept Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord, He comes to live in your heart.

So wherever you go, Jesus Christ is there. He loves you and He hears your prayers in His name. “Christ in us, the hope of glory.” We serve a living Savior and Lord who rose from the dead and now live in us by the power of His wonderful Holy Spirit. Truly Jesus Christ is with us always, even to the end of the world.

So, this week, let us pray and ask God to

Heavens Grocery Store

Heavens Grocery Store

As I was walking down life's highway many years ago, I came upon a sign that read Heavens Grocery Store.

When I got a little closer the doors swung open wide, and when I came to myself, I was standing inside.

I saw a host of angels. They were standing everywhere. One handed me a basket and said "My child shop with care."

Everything a human needed was in that grocery store, and what you could not carry, you could come back for more.

First I got some Patience. Love was in that same row. Further down was Understanding, you need that everywhere you go.

I got a box or two of Wisdom, and Faith a bag or two. And Charity of course, would need some of that too.

I couldn't miss the Holy Ghost, it was all over the place. And then some Strength and Courage to help me run this race.

My basket was getting full, but I remembered I needed Grace. And then I chose Salvation, for Salvation was for free. I tried to get enough of that, to do for you and me.

Then I started to the counter to pay my grocery bill, for I thought I had everything to do the Masters will.

As I went up the aisle I saw Prayer and put that in, for I knew when I stepped outside I would run into sin.

Peace and Joy were plentiful, the last things on the shelf. Song and Praise were hanging near so I just helped myself.

Then I said to the angel and asked "How much do I owe?" He smiled and said "Just take them everywhere you go."

Again I asked "Really now, how much do I owe?" "My child " he said, "God paid your bill a long, long time ago."

How to Know God our Christ

How to Know God

In the Bible, God tells us that he created us to have unending fellowship with him, peace with our fellow man, harmony and joy within our family relationships, and to have dominion over the world in which he placed us. But we chose to go another way.

We learn in the same Bible that we, through our forefathers, chose to live our lives for ourselves, rather than to have fellowship with God. This choice of selfishness lead to our earthly death, to no peace with our fellow man, to disharmony and sadness within our family relationships, and to a lack of proper care of the world in which he placed us. Because of this, our future changed to one of eternal separation from fellowship with God after death, completely without hope of joy or peace.

The Bible goes on to record how God provided the remedy for our chosen path of selfishness. He came to us in the form of his son Jesus Christ. This son lived a life of fellowship, peace, harmony, and joy in full fellowship with God. Though innocent of any wrongdoing, he voluntarily allowed himself to suffer and die as a guilty lawbreaker, and received upon himself the full penalty of our selfishness by death on a cross.

The wonderful conclusion recorded in the Bible is that this Jesus rose from the dead and returned to God. He is forever our representative before God. He enables us today to enjoy fellowship with God, peace with our fellow man, harmony and joy within our family relationships, and to exercise proper dominion over this world in which he has placed us. We need only to pray and ask him to come in and rule in our hearts and lives.

Simply talk to God and say, "Thank you, God, for loving me and sending your Son to die on the cross for my sins. I now choose to make Jesus the Lord of my life. Help me to be the kind of person that You want me to be. In Jesus' name, Amen."

You've made the most important decision you will ever make in your life. Jesus said, "If anyone comes toward me, I will not turn him away." He will be your answer to your questions on life's journey. We want to hear from you, click "Connect with Us" to let us know that you've prayed the prayer.

Meaning of Twelve in Bible

Hope all is well. When you have a moment to yourself, read this, and Please know that I am so grateful to have you in my life. It was Difficult for me to decide who I thought would DO this because many people claim to pray, but not everyone does. I hope I chose the right twelve. Please send this back to me (You'll see why). May everyone who received this message be blessed. There are 12 months/ 12 disciples / 12 tribes of Israel / Jesus' birth celebrated in the 12th month. There is nothing attached. Just send this to twelve others. Prayer is one of the best free gifts we receive. There is no cost, just a lot of reward. Make sure you pray, and pray believing God will answer. May today be all you need it to be. May the peace of God and the freshness of the Holy Spirit rest in your thoughts, rule in your dreams tonight, and conquer all your fears. May God manifest himself today in ways you have never experienced. May your joys be fulfilled, your dreams be closer, and your prayers be answered. I pray that faith enters a new height for you; I pray that your territory is enlarged. I pray for peace, healing, health, happiness, prosperity, joy, true and undying love for God. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Give 100%

Praise the Lord!A boy and a girl were playing together. The boy had a collection of marbles. The girl had some sweets with her. The boy told the girl that he will give her all his marbles in exchange for her sweets. The girl agreed.

The boy kept the biggest and the most beautiful marble aside and gave the rest to the girl. The girl gave him all her sweets as she had promised.

That night, the girl slept peacefully. But the boy couldn't sleep as he kept wondering if the girl had hidden some sweets from him the way he had hidden his best marble.

Moral of the story: If you don't give your hundred percent in a relationship, you'll always keep doubting if the other person has given his/her hundred percent.. This is applicable for any relationship like love, employer-employee relationship etc., Give your hundred percent to everything you do and sleep peacefully.May God bless you and me to give 100% love to Him.

Jesus Christ taught us

Love God. The first and greatest commandment, Jesus Christ taught us, is to love the Lord your God with all your heart and mind and soul and strength.

What does it mean to love God? The ancient Greeks had three words for love — agape, philio, and eros. Agape meant to love someone purely; to wish them the highest good; to always act in a manner that is best for someone; to love with no conditions. This is the way we are to love God.

How can we love God? We can give Him our hearts and our lives. We can think of what will please Him. We can tell Him we love Him. We can listen to Him and pay attention to Him. We can honor His Son Jesus Christ. We can sing worship and praise songs to God. We can love members of His family and love those who He loves — which is everyone!

When you truly love someone, you want what is best for them. God’s will is that no-one will perish, but that all will come to have eternal life. So one way to love God is to reach out to others in the love of Jesus Christ.

So, this week, let us pray and
•Tell God we love Him!

•Sing songs of praise to Him

•Ask God that people all around the world would come to know Him and love Him

God loves you with an everlasting love. He loves us with His love, which is pure and never-ending. Let us thank Him together for His great love for us!

May God bless you.

Please pray for the people

Please pray for the people of the Philippines. The Philippines is in the Western Pacific Ocean; there are over 90 million people who live in many islands. There are many strong Christians in the Philippines; please pray that everyone there will hear about the great love of Jesus Christ.

Love is patient, love is kind

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails....” 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Thank you lord

Lord, thank You for loyal, loving friends
Who are there in winter or springtime fair.
New acquaintances are easy to come by,
But true friendship is extremely rare.

A friend always sees the best in you,
Although they've known you at your worst.
They laugh with you in the good times,
When storms threaten, they'll be there first.

They'll offer a shoulder to rest your head
When tears are welling in your eyes.
Take a walk down friendship's path with you
And help chase away those stormy skies.

Lord, thank You for all the gifts You give
Each one makes our life seem more worthwhile.
But one of the finest gifts you've given us
Is the warmth of friendship's loving smile.

GOD Bless You

God's Origional Purpose to be fulfilled:-

Word of views fro Bible

A>>When Adam sinned, the relationship was destroyed.
B>>But Christ came to make a way back for man to God; and in so doing He opened once more the door to fellowship, to intimate relationship.
C>>This is what the Christian life is –restoration to fellowship with our Creator – it is nothing less.
D>>We have been restored, not just to a legal standing, but to a living vital experience. God has apprehended us that we, in turn, should apprehend Him.

E>>He has chosen once again to know man, that man should once again know Him.
F>>The Lord Himself declared in the prophets that a fundamental purpose of the New Covenant would be that “they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them.” And again, it is written by the Apostle John:
G>>And we know that Son of God is come that we may know Him that true (John 5; 20)
H>>The Christian life is the restoration of man to man fellowship with God-it means nothing less.

"Teach us how to pray,"

"Teach us how to pray," the disciples said to Jesus. (Luke 11, 1) He answered by teaching them the prayer we call the Our Father or The Lord's Prayer.
The Lord's Prayer is a basic Christian prayer. As a model of prayer, every Christian learns it by heart. It appears everywhere in the church's life: in its liturgy and sacraments, in public and private prayer. It 's a prayer Christians treasure.
Though we memorize it as a set formula, the Lord's Prayer shouldn't be repeated mechanically or without thought. Its purpose is to awaken and stimulate our faith. Through this prayer Jesus invites us to approach God as Father. Indeed, the Lord's Prayer has been called a summary of the gospel.
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.

The angel of the LORD

The angel of the LORD called to Abraham from heaven a second time and said, "I swear by myself, declares the LORD, that because you have done this and have not withheld your son, your only son, I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies, and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed me."

MADWS MINISTRY IN INDIA

For in Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together” (Colossians 1:16-17).
There is much interest these days in “walking where Jesus walked,” that is, in visiting in the Holy Land. I could wish that every Christian might have that privilege. But far greater is the privilege which every Christian does have to walk the dusty roads of the Holy Land with our Lord Jesus through the eyes of the inspired Gospel writers. It is in these pages that we encounter the greatest personality of all history.
Harnack once said,
“The man who can read the first three Gospels … without being sensible that a mighty personality is at work in them—a personality swaying the hearts of men and far beyond the power of men to invent—must be denied the capacity to distinguish between fiction and the documentary evidence to a historical and personal life.”2

GOD Bless you,
