Book of Genesis Chapter 1

Genesis 1
The Creation of the World
1:1 In the beginning1 God2 created3 the heavens and the earth.4
1:2 Now5 the earth6 was without shape and empty,7 and darkness8 was over the surface of the watery deep,9 but the Spirit of God10 was moving11 over the surface12 of the water.13 1:3 God said,14 “Let there be15 light.”16 And there was light! 1:4 God saw17 that the light was good,18 so God separated19 the light from the darkness. 1:5 God called20 the light “day” and the darkness21 “night.” There was evening, and there was morning, marking the first day.22
1:6 God said, “Let there be an expanse23 in the midst of the waters and let it separate water24 from water. 1:7 So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it.25 It was so.26 1:8 God called the expanse “sky.”27 There was evening, and there was morning, a second day.
1:9 God said, “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place28 and let dry ground appear.”29 It was so. 1:10 God called the dry ground “land”30 and the gathered waters he called “seas.” God saw that it was good.
1:11 God said, “Let the land produce vegetation:31 plants yielding seeds according to their kinds,32 and33 trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds.” It was so. 1:12 The land produced vegetation – plants yielding seeds according to their kinds, and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. God saw that it was good. 1:13 There was evening, and there was morning, a third day.
1:14 God said, “Let there be lights34 in the expanse35 of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them be signs36 to indicate seasons and days and years, 1:15 and let them serve as lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth.” It was so. 1:16 God made two great lights37 – the greater light to rule over the day and the lesser light to rule over the night. He made the stars also.38 1:17 God placed the lights39 in the expanse of the sky to shine on the earth, 1:18 to preside over the day and the night, and to separate the light from the darkness.40 God saw that it was good. 1:19 There was evening, and there was morning, a fourth day.
1:20 God said, “Let the water swarm with swarms41 of living creatures and let birds fly42 above the earth across the expanse of the sky.” 1:21 God created the great sea creatures43 and every living and moving thing with which the water swarmed, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. God saw that it was good. 1:22 God blessed them44 and said, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds multiply on the earth.”45 1:23 There was evening, and there was morning, a fifth day.
1:24 God said, “Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: cattle, creeping things, and wild animals, each according to its kind.”46 It was so. 1:25 God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the cattle according to their kinds, and all the creatures that creep along the ground according to their kinds. God saw that it was good.

JESUS SAID “Come to me,’ all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest”.
(Mathew>11:28)

INTRODUCTION of MADWS INDIA
Brief history of the Organization

With its Vision/Mission “To accept the rejected people from their own community and bind them in the love of God and make them a good citizen for the Nation” Mission for Anath Development & Welfare Society was formed and established by Rev. R Stephen Diyali in joint venture with the like minded social groups of people in 2001-2002. Seeing the pain, suffering and rejection of women, children and low caste people in the community, many being left homeless, careless and foodless in the community. The word “Anath” (means a consolidated word of Orphan those who have no parents/guardians in the world) is being added in the name of the Society. It is not caused by God but it is neglected by the human beings in the community due the differences of castism and rich and poor un believes tradition strongly recognized in our society. God has created as same as all of us in His own shape size and mind for His glory by the people. “God so loved the World that He gave His one and only Son “Jesus Christ” that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”(John>3:16). Migration is the very big problem from higher altitudes of Uttarkashi Himalayas than other northern states of India were people are compelled to leave their family and children for their livelihood and employed with Border Road Organization, Hotels, Factories and business at big cities of India Tehri Dam project and other Government Units of Uttarkashi. The parents and guardians’ used to leave their children near the roads, field and alone in home and hospitals, and temples and in public places for the long time of the day and forever. This situation and conditions disturbed my soul and mind, so that led me to commit my life for the service of these underprivileged children and community for His glory since then the Organization has formed and started to serving and providing various type of help, supports and opportunities to the people for their better development in their life through the Social awareness, charitable education, formal & non-formal education, medical and first aid facilities, temporary employments in the school and organizational in the social and spiritual activities for the community.

As more helper T cells are over taken, the body is gradually less and less equipped to fight off illnesses. A person can have the virus for years without knowing it or felling sick, yet regardless of their appearance of good health the person is able to spread the virus and will ultimately develop AIDS.AIDS manifests itself differently in every individual. Some people die very soon after becoming infected, while others may live for many years.

Doctors checkups the patients in the Health Camp and patients are waiting their turn for checkup

Draining the Pain of Hurt Feelings

Draining the Pain of Hurt Feelings

Job, the great sufferer in the Bible said, "Even now my witness is in heaven. My advocate is there on high. My friends scorn me, but I pour out my tears to God."

A reader who has been hurt deeply asks, "Do you have any insight into dealing with the strong emotions that arise from being deeply hurt and wounded?

Dear Fred (not his real name), one way you can help "drain the pain" of hurt feelings is to write out your feelings. David did this in several of his Psalms. I think he was a man after God's own heart—not because of his behavior—but because of his being open and honest with himself and with God. When you write, write as if you are writing a letter to the one who hurt you. Express all your feelings in all their intensity to this person. Then read the letter to God telling him that this is exactly the way you feel (he knows it anyhow)—then tear up the letter and destroy it. Write again and again doing the same thing until all your hurt and angry feelings are dissipated. But never, never, never send one of these letters to anybody. At a later time, should you feel a need to write or contact the person in question, remember always to write and speak the truth in love—never in blaming anger.

God also gave us tears to help drain the pain of hurt feelings. So give yourself permission to weep with all your heart. The fact is, until we have learned to weep with all our heart, we are not free to love with all our heart. Tears, however, are for expressing grief … not anger. Anger needs to be expressed in writing, verbalized, or both.

Also, everyone needs at least one person he/she can trust implicitly with whom to share his/her feelings. It needs to be an understanding and caring person, who listens and accepts us with all our hurt and angry feelings, but won't give us advice, preach at us, or tell us what we should or shouldn't do or feel. And, if necessary, have several sessions with a qualified Christian counselor to help you work through and resolve your feelings.

And of course be sure to tell God exactly how you feel and to lead you to the help you need to resolve your hurt and angry feelings so you can get to a point of genuine forgiveness. Failing to forgive will only hurt you. It's "like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die."

Suggested prayer: "Dear God, thank you that you always understand what I am feeling and will always accept me when I openly and honestly confess and share my feelings with you no matter what those feelings are. Help me always to be honest with myself and with you and please help me find a faithful friend with whom I can feel safe to be open and honest—a friend who will always love and accept me no matter how I feel. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer. Gratefully, in Jesus' name, amen."

"My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"

"My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"
Matthew 27:46 and Mark 15:34
This is the only expression of Jesus in the Gospels of Matthew and Mark. Both Gospels relate that it was in the ninth hour, after 3 hours of darkness, that Jesus cried out this fourth word. The ninth hour was three o'clock in Palestine. Just after He speaks, Mark relates with a horrible sense of finality, "And Jesus uttered a loud cry, and breathed his last" (Mark 15:37).

One is struck by the anguished tone of this expression compared to the first three words of Jesus. This cry is from the painful heart of the human Jesus who must feel deserted by His Father and the Holy Spirit, not to mention his earthly companions the Apostles. As if to emphasize his loneliness, Mark even has his loved ones "looking from afar," not close to him as in the Gospel of John. Jesus feels separated from his Father. He is now all alone, and he must face death by himself.

But is not this exactly what happens to all of us when we die? We too will be all alone at the time of death! Jesus completely lives the human experience as we do, and by doing so, frees us from the clutches of sin.

His fourth Word is the opening line of Psalm 22, and thus his cry from the Cross recalls the cry of Israel, and of all innocent persons who suffer. Psalm 22 of David made a striking prophecy of the crucifixion of the Messiah, at a time when crucifixion did not exist: "They have pierced my hands and my feet, they have numbered all my bones" (22:16-17). The Psalm continued: "they divide my garments among them, and for my venture they cast lots" (22:18).

There can not be a more dreadful moment in the history of man as this moment. Jesus who came to save us is crucified, and He realizes the horror of what is happening and what He now is enduring. He is about to be engulfed in the raging sea of sin. Evil triumphs, as Jesus admits: "But this is your hour" (Luke 22:53). But it is only for a moment. The burden of all the sins of humanity for a moment overwhelm the humanity of our Jesus.

But does this not have to happen? Does this not have to occur if Jesus is to save us? It is in defeat of his humanity that the Divine plan of His Father and Himself will be completed. It is by His death that we are redeemed. "For there is one God. There is also one mediator between God and the human race, Christ Jesus, himself human, who gave himself as ransom for all" (l Timothy 2:5-6).

God is Great

When I was child there are nothing to do except playing, cheering, running laughing, eating and doing funny but today I have big responsibility and accountability to the family ,community, Nation and to God because God has created me for glorify His name and worship Him from my mind, wealth and health. Today I came to know that without God I am nothing and nowhere in my life. Life given by God and breath filled by God in me and blood and flesh made by God. God is great and God is super without Him nothing has brought in the world. Today my God is in me and I believe my life remote is in His hand. Totally I surrender myself in the hand of God and I want to walk as per His guide and signal onwards. Praise is the God my heavenly Father because He is my every thing because of God grace I am alive today. My life very important to my God so He protected me from the all circumstances and valley of death for many times in my life. I have seen and faced my death many times in my life but still He remained me alive for His glory. I have no one to love me and care me in my sorrow. People used to laughing and criticize if any one fighting with bad times but in that time God used to say everyone Do not worry I am with you and He will give His hand" come on boy my son come on. How great and wonderful God we have. Please come and sack hand with Him than we will get victory in eternally in our life.

Sermon on giving to God

INTRODUCTION:
A. Psalm 96:8-9
B. It should be the desire of every child of God to want to know the whole truth on any subject.
1. What is important to realize in this regard is that “the reception of any truth depends upon the attitude that one has toward it.”
2. We often tell our friends and neighbors that they do not understand God’s truth on baptism or grace because they do not manifest the right attitude toward God’s word of these subjects.
3. Sadly, there are thousands upon thousands of Christians who have closed their ears to what God has said on the subject of giving.
4. There are some who even have an ugly attitude on this subject.
C. Here are statements that I have heard brethren make concerning giving: “I get so tired of hearing sermons on giving.” “Can’t the preacher talk about anything but money?” “O, he just gives to be seen of men.”
1. Statements like these are an index into a man’s character .
2. If many told the truth, it might sound like this:
a. “I am too selfish to give generously.”
b. I am too extravagant with my money to be able to give generously.”
c. “I spend too much money foolishly to give generously.”
D. It is essential that we manifest the proper attitude on this vital subject.
1. 1 Corinthians 16:1-2
2. Giving as we have been prospered is a command of God, and we will be lost if we disregard those commands.
3. Someone once said attitude is just as important as truth, for truth is never understood with the wrong attitude.
4. Free-will offerings are commanded on the first day of the week – NOT bake sales, etc.
5. Let us now consider a variety of attitudes that many have toward giving.
DISCUSSION:
A. SOME HAVE THE ATTITUDE OF THE RICH YOUNG RULER
1. Mark 10:18-22
2. This ruler wanted to go to heaven and he lived an upright and moral life – he had a desire to follow Christ, and no doubt he thought he was ready from any standpoint
a. It never entered his mind that his money, or how he viewed it, was a hindrance to him
b. His wealth had blinded him.
c. This rich young ruler thought was doing well in keeping the commands of God – BUT, there was something he was overlooking
3. Jesus said go sell what you have! WHY? Jesus knew this man had the wrong attitude toward money.
a. The young man turned and walked away. HOW SAD!
b. He loved his money more than he loved the Lord.
c. Beloved, if we have this kind of attitude we will loose our soul!
B. SOME HAVE THE ATTITUDE OF JUDAS
1. John 12:3-6
2. It has been said that “temptation commonly comes through that for which we are naturally fitted.”
a. If a man is fitted to handle money, the temptation comes to regard money as the most important thing in the world.
b. Judas was evidently gifted at handling money – that is why he was chosen to take care of the money.
c. Judas, though, became so fond of money that he became a thief.
d. Judas saw this woman anointing Jesus’ feet – an act of surpassing love, but Judas saw it as a waste.
3. You see, a man’s sight depends on what is on the inside of him. What he sees depends on the condition of his heart.
a. For example, if we like a person we seldom see his faults, but if we do not like an individual – his faults increase.
b. When I hear one is opposed to a good work because it costs too much – I wonder about their attitude … Judas?
C. SOME HAVE THE ATTITUDE OF ANANIAS AND SAPPHIRA
1. Acts 5:1-2
2. The very fact that these two people lied about their giving shows beyond all doubt that they had the wrong attitude toward money.
a. Every time a person leaves the impression that he is giving as God has prospered him and then refuses to give liberally, he is just as guilty as Ananias and Sapphira.
b. Why should we think it is worse for them to lie about their giving than for us to lie about our giving?
c. One may say, “I don’t lie about my giving, I just do not give liberally.”
d. Let me ask you this question, “Which is worse, to lie to God or to rob God?” … Malachi 3:8
D. SOME HAVE THE ATTITUDE OF BARNABAS
1. Acts 4:36-37
2. It is not difficult to understand why Barnabas was called a good man (Acts 11:24). This is the kind of man we should strive to imitate.
a. Think of all the good that would be done if all people in the church were free-hearted, liberal givers and good like Barnabas.
b. The contrast is striking between Barnabas and the rich young ruler, Judas, and Ananias and Sapphira.
3. Why did Barnabas do this good deed? He had a wonderful attitude toward giving.
a. Do you suppose Barnabas ever got mad when a sermon was preached on giving?
b. I am glad that the Bible tells us of men like Barnabas – reading about Barnabas should give us a much stronger desire to give generously.
c. If you do not enjoy hearing lessons on giving, then your heart is out of tune with Christ
E. SOME HAVE THE ATTITUDE OF THE POOR WIDOW.
1. Mark 12:41-44
2. Suppose that on each Lord’s day you were to walk up before the congregation and put your offering on the table where all could see it.
a. Some would say, “I would be embarrassed.”
b. You would not be if you gave liberally and sacrificially as the poor widow
3. If we would all give liberally as God has prospered us, our contribution would increase and we would be adding good works instead of deleting them.
a. One preacher said, “When I look at the well-dressed congregation, I ask, where are the poor? When I look at the collection plate, I ask where are the rich?”
b. Are we giving sacrificially?
F. SOME HAVE THE ATTITUDE OF DAVID
1. 2 Samuel 24:24
2. I wish we could have this type of attitude.
a. Notice Malachi’s rebuke … Malachi 1:12-14
b. We ought not be giving God our “left-overs”
c. Notice the words of Paul … 2 Corinthians 2:8
3. Every single one of us need to reevaluate our giving.
CONCLUSION:
A. What is your attitude toward giving?
1. Rich Young Ruler? … Judas … Ananias and Sapphira?
2. Barnabas? … The Poor Widow? … David?
B. Are you giving as God has prospered you?

Dear Friend,
Thank you so much for this wonderful and blessed teaching on the attitudes on giving. I wish that all the disciples of Jesus know this truth from the scripture.
There are people who give in the church to rule over the Pastor or the minister. They feel that when they give they have all right to speak anything to the Pastor because they put money in the church for the pastors salary. I feel very strongly that there should be a teaching on such a attitudes also. This would be fine if you please write one article on why you should give and once you have given forget what you have given and to whom you have given.
Thank you so much for this sermon
Love you,

God bless you so much for such a panoramic view on giving. Christians should learn to give to God from the heart not from the head. What I mean is that we should not be calculating what we would get from God as a result of our giving, but we should give to God from a willing heart of obedience, love and humility. Then ALL things shall be added to us. Goodness and mercy and abundance shall follow us all the days of our lives. But if we give just because the man of God said so or because we expect a double potion the very next day like we do in our ordinary day business transactions …..and if our giving is not from a cheerful heart……..then we can begin to understand why Christians give and still remain poor all their lives. Hence give from your heart and you shall be blessed in this live and beyond

As a pastor at A.I.C Tala in Kenya, this great and inspiring sermon has moved me to reconsider my attitude in giving. Am not sure whether I enjoy preaching sermons on giving either, for I rarely do so! All the same have always hated the health and wealth gospel meant to benefit self and misleading the recipients. Am so greatful to u for I have learnt that I can make a diffrence by encouraging people to give so as to get to give again. Bravo

Praise the Lord!

"Praise the LORD! For it is good to sing praises to our God; for it is
pleasant, and praise is beautiful".(Psalm 147:1). As we have stepped into
this New Year, let us `enter with thanksgiving, and with praise. Let us be
thankful to Him, and bless His name because He is good; His mercy is
everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations`. Here`s wishing God`s
choicest blessings upon your life and family, all through this New Year.
This year is going to be an "Year of Expansion" when God is going to expand
our territories both in the ministry and in our personal lives.

I assure my earnest prayers for you and the dear ones in your family. The
Lord Almighty who knows what your needs are shall supply all the needs in
your family and make you glad as in Psalm 20:4 which says, "May He give you
the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed". His presence
shall go before you and guard you.

I have prayed to the Almighty God with great burden to grant you His grace
and anoint you with His gifts to use you as a mighty weapon for His glory
(Joshua 1:9). I believe that He will extend the territories of your ministry
(Mark 16:20).

With much love and prayers,
